A few pics from today. I spent quite a bit of time this morning measuring and cutting openings in the ply, then seeing as its a three piece jigsaw made sure everything lines up as some of the openings are spilt between the panels so a little taxing but by 6 this evening had everything machined, routed, grooved and sanded ready to bond up tomorrow.
Gonna cap the openings that aren't split between the panels then once cured will cap everything else and frame up all the openings.
